How much does it cost?

Prices start at $1,000 per year per building for buildings under 75 units. We can bill you, the management company, directly, or invoice directly to each building. Please sign up for a demo or get in touch with us to discuss your needs in order to receive a quote.

BuildingBoard is entirely browser based and doesn't require any downloads. This means that our product works well both on desktop and mobile devices and can be accessed from anywhere, whether you are managing a building or voting in one.
